Aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership to the level of employee’s job satisfaction. In addition, this research is also aimed to describe about the condition of organizational culture, leadership practice and level of job satisfaction in XDC. Object of this research is a marine tourism service company, established since 1987, the headquarter location is in Jakarta and having two branches office in Bali and Manado, which is familiar to public with name of XDC. Statistical method used on this research is Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression to test the signification, also kind of influences from variables Organizational Culture (X1) and Leadership (X2) to level of Job Satisfaction (Y). Number of respondent sample was taken by Census, using the population of all XDC’s employee 37 persons. The questionnaire answered by respondent in a Likert scale option, then proceeded with SPSS program version 15. Result of this research shows that there are significant and positive influences from the variables of Organizational Culture and Leadership to the level of employee’s Job Satisfaction at XDC, in case of through partial interaction (using t-test formula of analysis multiple linear regression), and through coincident way (using f-test formula of analysis multiple linear regression). According to the result, hypothesis conclusions of this research are rejecting Ho and accept Ha. |
