In the following "dialogue", we adress the issue of the "reasonable woman" standard in hostile environment sexual harassment, revealing two quite disparate points of view. It is our desire that the dialogue that we open here will lead to further efforts to eliminate the male-bias that pervades both the workplace and the legal system.
