Abstract
Developments in science and technology in a rapid growth currently make competition in the industry become tighter for businesses, thus making the
business person involved in the movement of the progress of science and technology if they want to survive and develop its business. Furniture store
"BARU" is a shop that is engaged in the sale of furniture equipments like tables, chairs, cupboards, mattresses, etc. and is located in North Jakarta. This store has stood for more than 10 years and have had many customer and supplier. In the
inventory section of the Shop "BARU", where the absence of an information system that supports the organization of existing data. Number of items currently contained in Store "BARU" is a mixture of several types of items as a whole ± 2000 tems.
