| This study to Getting a segment anthropometric base for the hand manufacturing workers who are living in Indonesia Jakarta area. Research conducted by collecting 19 variable segments of hand from male and female workers of manufacturing industries which will be statistically tested and will serve as a database. Men databases and female databases will be compared with the significance test, results obtained so long a man's hand manufacturing workers is longer than the length of a woman's hand manufacturing workers, and for the wide palm (thumb up) male manufacturing workers is wider than the wide palm (thumb up) female manufacturing workers. Data base men and women in Indonesian manufacturing workers will be compared with the data base of men and women in Jordanian manufacturing workers. Used to compare the significance test. Results from tests of significance is the length of a man's hand Indonesia is longer than the length of men in Jordanian hands, the wide palm (thumb up) on the Indonesian man are equal with wide palm (thumb up) men in Jordanian. The results of the long hand of Indonesian women is longer than the length of women in Jordanian hands, the wide palm (thumb up) man in Indonesia is smaller than the wide palm (thumb up) men in Jordanian. The implications of the differences that occurred between sexes and populations will affect the equipment used in the manufacturing industry. The design of the equipment would be better to use the anthropometric data base segment of the hands of manufacturing workers have been studied. |
