Abstract
VICO Indonesia is a company engaged in oil and gas, is one of the foreign companies investing in Indonesia as a contractor cooperation contracts (KKKS) "Production Sharing" BP Migas, to take part in meeting the needs of petroleum and natural gas for domestic needs and demands of abroad. Part of the procurement division of SCM, plays a major role in supporting the company's performance for the exploration and exploitation activities of this would have required procurement of goods / services such as tools, equipment (equipment), special parts and contractors.
Performance measurement systems do not currently accommodate all the stakeholders
involved, besides the existing performance indicators do not yet have the weight of interests so
that the procurement division of SCM does not have the focus of attention in setting priorities for performance improvement. Current measurement method is obtained from BPMIGAS that make a performance appraisal form KKKS supply chain as one way to supervise the KKKS, but the performance appraisal form KKKS supply chain given by the BP Migas aims only to minimize the budget for the cost of supply chain where the good results assessment. This would have minimal impact on budget expenditure supply chain costs, but a good performance measurement within an enterprise is not only judged by financialnya aspects, but aspects such as non financialnya also consider the interests of stakeholders.
Performance Prism is a 3-dimensional framework which has the 5 areas that are designed to have high flexibility so that this methodology can provide a broad focus and narrow in accordance with the needs. Performance Prism is a performance measurement method give
measures which can be viewed from a broad perspective to produce a realistic picture of the
critical success of the company. Designing performance prism begins with identifying the needs and contributions of each stakeholder, and then formulate a strategy as a reference company that accompanied the determination of the process steps in accordance with the relevant company capabilities. Goals that are used in the design is a good relationship with the Stakeholders. Based on these objectives will be formulated with the details of the 19 KPI 6 KPI Investor, 3 KPI Supplier, 2
KPI User / Customer, 2 KPI Employee, and 6 KPI Government.
The results of measurements from a total of 19 KPIs are produced by using Prism Performance scale score for 8.321 from 10 scale, this means shows that the level of the procurement division's performance is very good SCM.
