Abstract
A motorcycle will be need aplace to repair the damage in it. Aworkshop cannot separated from the motorcycle either an authorized workshop nor an
unauthorized workshop. Every workshop must try to reach up the name of the workshop better.
This punctual is dang at Lestari Motor authorized workshop at jonggol with giving a question to 100 people when they repairing their motorcycle at the
workshop. This punctual is descriptif and veritatif and analysis is basd on data manner with theory implication and managerial implication.
The punctual shows, decision to buy is depend to the customer who have more power and it will be happened if they hypothesis acceted and this thing
shows that a workshop at jonggol village still thinking that the price is on the top which in the customer score variable
