Position in Pharmacy 9 Roxy is the pharmacist, pharmacist assistants, assistant pharmacist, cashier recipes, recipes interpreters, supermarket cashier, admin, office boy, and security. At this moment the company is assessing the performance of employees in general, so the company does not know the actual capabilities of the employee owned. Factors - factors of assessment used by the company is a discipline, motivation, workload, quality and credibility of work, quantity, responsibility, personality attitude, dedication / loyalty, cooperation with coworkers, and orientation toward service and service. Companies want to know the actual capabilities possessed by the company employees in order to provide training to its employees thereby increasing the employee's own performance. The main focus of this Final Project is to want to know the level of employee competence by using Method Talent Management. First of all identify the competencies that will beused in this competency assessment, which is a common competencies and generic competencies. General competencies and generic competencies for each - each office is different - different in accordance with the job description of each position. Competencies – competencies are used in the questionnaire to assess the competence of employees Apotek Roxy. The questionnaire was distributed in all branches of Apotek Roxy in Jakarta. The end result of this Final Assignment is to know the level of employee competence. Employees pharmacist under the competency standards are useful given training to improve employee performance. Training is provided according to their competence – each office where the employee is not competent in their fields. |
