The second Canada-UK Partnership for Knowledge Forum took place at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, from 14th to 16th October, 2001, and built on the foundations of the first forum that was held at the Canadian High Commission in London, in June, 1999. A large number of invited guests attended both forums. The guests included senior academics, representatives from government and high-ranking individuals from industry.
