Abstract
Someone who has a background in Industrial Engineering education, its graduates are not merely required to be able to solve the problems inherent in the industrial sector alone, but a graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering is expected to be able to design an integral system, restore and improve the performance of an integral system and installed, operating system design and improvement of these integrals. Laboratory Department of Industrial Engineering at the Catholic University of Atma Jaya Indonesia there is a practical system, where in it has not been integrated. Therefore, it is necessary to build a new
system for handling problems posed by the current system.
In this final will be made a database program that is the system integration module. The system as a tool to support the implementation of the integration test modules. In preparing this final use PHP as a programming language, MySQL as database, Apache as the web server and Adobe
Dreamweaver CS3 as a software for creating screen designs on the web. This final task is not only just make the system, but the test lab module is integrated with the system.
Systems Integration Module is a web-based methodology was developed by using FAST, hoped that this system can help users associated with the system, namely Praktikan, Laboratory Assistant, and Head of the Laboratory. In addition, the integrated module is expected to bring positive impact for the advancement of science lab and add majoring in Industrial Engineering.
