Era of increasingly advanced computerized information that currently supports the fulfillment of these needs. Laboratory Department of Industrial Engineering at the Catholic University of Atma Jaya Indonesia, there is a budget system where in it there is no budget planning, budget and realization monitoring then consumption of goods monitoring and evaluation of budget planning and realization. Therefore, it is necessary to build a new system for handling problems posed by the current system. In this final project will be made a database program that can be handling laboratory budgetting system from stage of budget planning, budget disbursements, realization budget and evaluation budget. In addition, the system will be equipped with monitoring the budget planning, budget realization and consumption of the routine goods and the condition of inventory. In preparing this final use PHP as a programming language, MySQL as database, Apache as the web server and Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 as a software for creating screen designs on the web. Proposed Budget System of Industrial Engineering Laboratory whose using web created using the FAST methodology is expected to help those users relating to the budget system, that is the Laboratory Assistant, Head of Laboratory, Laboratory, Head of Department and Deputy Dean of the 2 stages in conducting an integrated budget.
