Abstract
Interactive Industrial Game’s Business Plan is designed to introduce scientific the industrial engineering to the senior high school student and receive the profit financially nearby to know the prospect towards this business to the front. Interactive Game’s Business Plan is formed the background with the existence of the response that is positive from participants in the previous interactive game and to answer the challenge of the economic crisis that happens at this time. Planning of this business plan considered from various aspects like the marketing, operational, the management and financial. In the aspect of the
marketing will be learnt that the market target of this business is the senior high school student, the competition from the Surabaya University and the pledge University of Prasetya Mulya is not yet so tight, the promotion strategy that is used is direct marketing and publicity as well as the pricing strategy are used by the method mark up pricing. In the operational aspect is clarified concerning the
stage that must be carried out for the implementation of the business as well as the estimation of time that is needed. In the aspect of the management will be encountered the structure of the organization of the business, job description and the authority and the recruitment. In the financial aspect will be known whether this business can be undertaken or not that is inspected from the NPV value, IRR and Payback Period. The estimation of the cost for the aspect whole uses the cost
that at this time is in the market with the level inflation 10% per the year. Further we will be known also by the influence size of the change in the interest factor, inflation and the income towards continuation of this business.
Be based on Interactive Industrial game’s business plan that was drafted while 5 years will produce the Net Present Value as big as Rp. 6,936,939.87, IRR
of 35% and the length of the return is 2 years 289 days. The profit size that is received from this business is Rp. 10,122,672.90 if capital comes from personal and Rp 774,672.90 if capital comes from the loan of the bank. The change in the interest factor, inflation and the income really influences continuation of this business.
