Abstract
PT. Lippo Cikarang Tbk is a company which active in the development sector of the city. As one of the physically most comprehensive in the city of East Jakarta, Lippo Cikarang still continues to develop the implementation of development. At this moment The Elysium Garden is being constructed, which is the first stage of Mega Cluster The Elysium Residence which has an area 126 hectares. This final assignment research aims to evaluate the work
postures in the process of building brick walls sticking process, and the installation process on the floor tiles. In the final task of this study, postural evaluation performed construction worker who aims to identify where work is dangerous or not. The method to identify where work is dangerous or not is OWAS method (Ovako Working Posture Analysis System). The data is collected in the form of photos taken directly in the field, which produced a total
picture of a productive 2986 photos. The time of taking pictures is done randomly using a random number table. Each photograph is OWAS evaluation method consisting of 4 parts as seen, the back, hands, legs and weight. Then with a look at the table working OWAS action category, we can determine the dangerous work performed or not. The work of the installation there are 3 parts: brick installation, pasting walls, and installation of ceramic. In addition to identify the complaints body chart workers using Nordic body map. The
identification is using the 1-5 scale ranging from no pain to extremely painful. Based on the evaluation of postural OWAS method, the workers work with heavy work posture, it can be seen from the average value of the highest score category OWAS produced is 2.91 and the lowest 2. And based on the identification of complaints, there are three parts of the body which has the highest score, namely 3.36 for the back, arms and shoulders for 3 for 2.94.
