Isi artikelComputer technology development may influence the application of engineering process design as well as material forming such as sheet metal forming, extrusion, forging, casting, etc. Material forming can be simulated with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and reducing the process time cycling, correction the design failures and also production rate. Traditionally, a new product can be developed with extrapolation way based on many experiences the process production method known as trial and error. At this time the forming of material processes can be simulated with computer and parameter applied. Model of new product consists of model development material elastic, orthotropic elastic, thermo elastic-plastic, hyperelastic, crushable foam, etc.
