Poverty seems to be a perenial problem in the sense that poverty has existed, is existing and will exist in the future, Poverty is also a mondial phenomenon in the sense that it can be found in many parts of the world, icluding industrialized countries. Many theories on poverty have been developed but it seems that they are not useful to solve this problem. So, we should find out a new alternatif model for development to solve the problem of poverty.
