| Writing is one out of four language skills which generally regarded as difficult, even for prolific writers. It is true that some students write like near magic but most student face difficulties in generating ideas and choosing the right vocabulary for writing. Some students of writing class in Atmajaya University failed to continue to the next level because they are unable to perform well in writing. This study found that many of them experience writing apprehension or writing block. The fact that many students have writing apprehension, need to be given serious consideration as writing is a demanding activity and majority of tasks require students to write. |
