It is expected that information system will have positive and significant impact on job performance of structural officials. The results from direct relationship test show that information system have negative and not significant impact on job performance of structural officials. Meanwhile, the results from structural equation show that antecedent variable: work meeting have positive and significant impact to information system, job satisfaction and job performance and intervening variable: job satisfaction are positively and significant impact on the relationship between information system and job performance of structural officials.
