Environmental education represents an effort to change the attitude and mentality of the people, particulary young generation, for the sake of sustainable environmental protection. Scouting is one of many extracurricular activities that can be used as a medium for environmental education. This research aims at identitifying differences in high-school students who are Pramuka members and non-members with regard to yheir knowledge of and concern about the environment.
