A 39-years old woman in her 31-32 weeks' gestasion to Atmajaya hospital due to vaginal bleeding which started five days earlier. One and a half month prior to the bleeding, she had the same symptom and was diagnosed as partial hydatidiform mole placenta previa. Transabdominal ultrasound showed a snowstrom appearance with the placenta totally covering the internal uterine ostium. One week after caesarea section, B-hCG was found positive and curettage was done afterwards.
