The issue about caring attitude toward environment by teenagers is an interesting topic to be researched. One related topic is the attitude or significant others which influences on the intention to the disposal of waste based on classified household management. This research involved 200 respondents who were 15-18 years old or students in level 10-11 in three public high schools in Surabaya. The reason to choose teenagers group was that usually teenagers have been perceived as a fun group who are commonly thought of something entertaining rather than of something more serious like environment problems. This research used the theory of intention by Fishbein and Ajzen. Those theories were used to describe the phenomena or fact in communities. The method of research was non-experimental quantitative research. For data analysis, the statistics of multiple regression was used. This particular study resulted in a description revealing the attitude of teenagers in waste disposal. It is further found out that there is an influence due to the model or significant others- their teachers or parents. Teachers and parents are both important figures who have an authority which can make teenagers obey them.
