Today internet gives important role to human life. But beside of its benefit, internet also has many dangerous impacts, especially for the young and the worker who has access inernet arround them. The two most had impacts are moral degradation of young generation and wasting working time and internet bandwith for the officer. Both impacts is caused by accessing porn materials from internet. In this paper, we propose the development of proxy system who has ability in filtering internet access based on URL address.
