As a new established city in 2001, it is necessary to formulate a unique and superior tourism attraction for Batu. Local government and related stakeholders need to give attention towards rural tourism, experiential tourism and green tourism. Package with experiential tourism and the consistency of green tourism, rural tourism can increase the value and competitiveness of local tourism. This research found that those three had not been optimally developed. Therefore, the synergy of local government and related stakeholders is essential for tourism development in Batu.
