Since technology has increased recently, human resources as the factor of production plays an important role. An employee plays an important roel in increasing a company goal. In order to get a good acomplishment, an employee should work creatively and should be able to compete. This condition can cause worry and it leads into stress. Every one in a company can be stress cause for the others. Stress can bring a bad effect toward employees such as the decrease of work motivation, the decrease of physical health and appearance of special behaviour that bothers work activities and finally it influences a work accomplishment.
