| The purpose of this research is to find out are the the motivation and the organizer institution effect influence the accounting student to attend PPAk there are four hypotesis that applied, the first to fourt hypotesis are tested with regression on, with the level of trust 95% (x =0,005). The result of this research has several implications for numerous party which related which PPAk. From the results of this research, the carrier innovation and the organizer institution variabels are the most significant factor that influences the student interest to attend PPAk. Mean while for the quality motivation and the economic motivation are not significant to influence interest quality to attend PPAk. Even though PPAk are organize with the purpose to increase quality of an accountant that mestered and have the skill in accounting, and also can increase and income because after graduate from PPAk an accountant able to work at the public accountant office with the hope of getting a high income. |
