| Information technology has important role in organization, especially in contribution to individual performance. This research aims to study the factors influence utilizing on information technology. The factors are social emotional, future career consequences and to management's support. They are independent variables in this research. Otherwise unable the utilize of information technology is depend variable. The respondents are from eksternal and management accountant in Jakarta. research used multilinear regression analysis for evaluation the influence. The result show emotional, future career consequences and to management's support influence usefulness on information technology significantly and possitively. On the other hand, social factor doesn't influence usefulness of information technology. |
