As the retiring editor-in-chief, I write this feeling both sad and hopeful. Sad, because I am stepping down as editor-in-chief of this journal, and this is my good-bye. And hopeful because two highly competent women—Fariyal Ross-Sheriff and Christine Flynn Saulnier—will be taking over.
