| Along with the organizational development, Academic Venture FP UAJ as an organization, which is one of the FP UAJ units, has its main purpose, to build its faculty members competence through field experience for enhancing their learning process. Through recent development, Academic Venture FP UAJ is expected to keep developing and dialectically put all its system in check, so it can be more effective and efficient. A system, taking place within an organization, which consists of all its activity, is called Business Process. Business Process is a series of activity that changes inputs towards outputs (goods or services) for other people or a process that use both people and tools (Indrajit & Djokopranoto, 2002). Business Process consist of 4 dimensions, which are : Competence, Work Process, Use of Technology, and Strategy Formula. With the maximization of those 4 dimensions, it can be inferred that the business process of an organization is optimum. Business Process explain about the operational activities, and it shows what work that need to be done and what technology that need to be use in order to deliver the goods or services to the consumer. Business process, by above bases, is really important for the organization in order to build and gain organization superiority in competition. For an early step towards knowing the recent AV FP UAJ business process, an illustration, of its business process and its setbacks, need to be made. Business Process evaluation became one of the things that need to be done and illustrated in AV FP UAJ. Based on that, researcher identify that AV FP UAJ needs information on how recent business process held in the organization, setbacks and expectations of the business process in the future. After that, researcher collocate measurements needs with interviews about AV FP UAJ recent business process. In this research, researcher will illustrate AV FP UAJ recent business process to evaluate how it has been held to support the organization goals, and also made an input if the recent business process has some setbacks so that they can be fixed immediately. Researcher will make and propose the program evaluation and recommendation to AV FP UAJ based on the business process illustration. As the next step, researcher will do an interview with AV FP UAJ executives about the business process that is held by AV FP UAJ. The interview will be held with 2 AV Managers, 2 AV staffs, FP UAJ Dean and FP UAJ 2nd Vice-Dean. From these interviews, it can be inferred how is AV business process has been held recently, what are the setbacks and future hopes for the AV FP UAJ. Analysis on this research uses a qualitative approach to identify problems and to illustrate AV FP UAJ business process that describes working process activities within the business process. The illustration then became basis for the researcher to write certain recommendations that can be used by AV FP UAJ in order to emphasize its business process. The recommendation consists of activities such as: communication training, AV FP UAJ strategic formulation Head Meeting, delegate administrative AV Manager works towards AV staff, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) formulation and template construction for Activity Board List of Expertise. |
