Business ethics on business practices becomes a crucial thing and a company is required to meet it. Applying business ethics consistently of organizations can create a good and healthy organization's condition. It can also make organizations survive in any economic condition. The principles of good corporate governance that encompass fairness, transparency, accoutnability, responsibility, disclosure, and independency become the reflection of business ethics. This reflection fulfills the stakeholders' interest. At the end, applying business ethics in the form of good corporate governance can create efficient and transparent business climate.
