Recently at a conference I had an encounter with your work on narrative analysis, which encouraged me to think about its seemingly inherent structural constraints. Since this encounter I have been troubled by what I see as its prescriptive influences and the way in which it seems to fix and congeal multiplicities of self within the constraints of objectivist terms of reference.
