Its award is called MBNQA (Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award) is a national acknowledgement that is given to those companies that have succeeded to reach the best working performance.Group of Printing Gramedia is on of the companies that moves in the publishing industry and is considered one of the most trustworthy companies by its consumers. The research is conducted by collecting some data using interviewing method with questions which are made and adjusted based on the criteria used by Malcolm Bridge to have the performance evaluation. The interview is conducted to parties in the company that have been chosen as the drafters for Malcolm Bridge application as well as those employees that can be used as the source for information and data. The evaluation of the performance is done by using scoring system from Malcolm Baldrige that has two dimension ; process dimensions using categories 1-6 and result dimension using category 7 to evaluate it. Based on the analysis and working evaluation by the writer using Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Group of Printing Gramedia has scored 592.5. This condition defines that the company has a very good quality of management level and that its management is in a very sistematic condition.
