Supplier performance assessment is conducted to provide performance value (efficient) and increase inefficient performance. This research used combining method between Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to balance objective and subjective assessment. AHP was used to provide weight of each suppliers weight from questionnares result and company data, while DEA was non parametric approach to identified input/output. PT.Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk is company which produce animal feedmil. Nowadays PT.Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk has more than one kernel’s supplier, which the main ingredient for animal feedmill is kernel. The procedure of the evaluation of supplier performance which done by the company is very simple, where subjectivity is dominant in evaluate supplier. Analytical Hierarchy Process and Data Envelopment Analysis are different methods, which this performance assessment combine both objectinity and subjectinity point. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process and Data Envelopment Analysis methods, can be known if the supplier has already worked efficienly and how to fix the supplier performance to be efficient.The results of this research are supplier performance weights, criteria weights which is used in performance assessment, supplier effiencienty and input/output target that must be achieved to make supplier to be efficient.
