Abstract
Posmi Steel Indonesia Company In The one of company in Indonesia was field in Coiling Sharing and this company have become support to automotive field. Posmi Steel company have target to increase service rate and quality, annual. The target of this company focus to quality and service rate. However in the real condition looked in Coil and Stamping Division was not get the target. The most important problem is distribute product to customer and increase productivity. In this indicator can be analyze with 4M. From the result we will known the main problem are in machine and material. In the material there is problem to distribute product and quality of product. So the material must be return and the affect is make the production become a problem. Base on the problem, Supplier Decision maker must do to find the best supplier who able to support consistency .In the case the old method must be improve. The one of method is Interdependent Performance. May it happen is able to support the production of this company. Analytic interdependent method is decision supplier maker with considering of capacity, price, lead time, and cost of interaction. In this paper decision maker with interdependent performance was support with program. In the result of the program and manual calculate have a same result, in product BB the best supplier combination of raw material product are SAPH :Marubeni Steel; Raw material SPHC: Alumi; Raw material JSC270CC: Benichu; Raw material JSC270CN:Putra Alam.
