Isi artikel
Education systems in sub-Saharan Africa are undergoing a serious crisis, due to a lack of strategic planning, low supply of education (particularly in rural areas and for girls), lack of funds and long civil wars. As a result, inequalities in acess to primary education persist and educational quality is mediocre. However, administration is over-centralized, leading to faulty managemant and to a lack of funding for basic education.
