Nowadays, science and technology develop so fast and everything is unpredictable. It is hoped that the Faculty of Engineering-University of Widya Mandala Madiun may produce skillful graduates, so that they may satisfy the user due to their field and skill. Skillful manpower is needed in accordance with the workplace. In order that the goals of education are fully gained, appropriate strategies need formulating. The Directorate General of Education realize the importance of the formulation of strategies in university by including the format of management as an effort to increase the quality of education.
