The year 1980 is marked as the beginning of a generation called digital natives; while those who were born before 1980 are called Digital Immigrants. However, I would like to add another generation, called Non-Digital Origins. Kajian editorial First of all, I would like to apologize for not being able to write a full-fledge paper; instead, I just jot down some of the ideas concerning with users’ satisfaction in relation to the current development of library services, especially with the emerging issues of library 2.0 in Indonesia. In addition, I was also doubt whether I should write this paper in Bahasa Indonesia or English, as the OC mentioned this seminar is the international one. So, I write this paper in English although it is somewhat poor of vocabularies and terms; while my presentation will be in Bahasa Indonesia.
