Abstract
This research focuses the impact of antecedent and intervening variables on relationships between organizational commitment and job performance of structural officials in a higher learning institution. It is expected that trust and job satisfaction as antecedent; budget adequacy as intervening variables will have positive and significant impact on the relationships between organizational commitment and job performance of structural officials. Structural equation modeling with lisrel software is used to determine the impact. The results of direct relationship test show that organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on job performance of structural officials. Meanwhile, the results from structural equation show that job satisfaction as antecedent variable and budget adequacy as intervening variable are positively and significantly impact on the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance of structural officials, except trust to have no significant impact.
