Isi artikelThe hieroglyphic clauses in the two almanacs in the middle of pages 13 to 16 of the Dresden Codex contain seven examples of noun incorporation employing Yucatecan principles of verbal inflection and word order. Two root transitives appear in stems with incorporated nouns, in one case with both imperfective and perfective inflection, and the contrast between perfective verbs, with and without noun incorporation, is also exemplified.
