In executing social marketing, including health service, it is essential to prepare a product to be qualified. It goes also to the service of family physycian where a continuous program of quality assurance should be put into consideration. The philosophy of quality assurance program in the service of family physician was envisioned by Deming and Kaizen. Quality assurance program is a process that should be carried out continously, systematically, objectively and integrated in determining problems and its cause in line to capacity possesses and further on assess the results achieved in setting up further policy to improve health service.
