In modern dermatotherapy, the use of topical corticosteroid is a drug of choice. However, the doctor and patient are still worrying about steroid burden.To achieve the rational use of topical corticosteroid, some factors must be taken into consideration such as skin lesions, patient factor and pharmacoeconomic evaluation of the grugs. This procedure will increase beneficial consideration in practical guidelines of topical corticosteroid usage.
