Tuberculosis is still a big health problem in Indonesia. SInce the disease need a prolonged treatent period, it inclined to make the treatment program a failure. Kisworo (1995) concluded that the disobedience of the patient was the prime factor of the failure of the tuberculosis treatment. To overcome that problem, the health administrator decided to supervise the individual tuberculosis treatment program by using therapeutic card.
