Craniopharyngioma is a benign tumor of the central nervous system (CNS) that arise from the remant of Rathke's pouch. They usually present suprasellar, althought it may occupy the sella. The following is one case report of craniopharyngioma that appeared like adamantinoma. The embriology, histopathology and clinical presentation of craniopharyngioma in general are presented.
