Sperm motility is one of essential factors to determine the fertility capacity. The objective of this study is to know the in vitro effect of pentoxifylline on the ATPase activity of normozoospermia and astenozoozpermia. A number of 60 samples semen were examined, consisting of 30 samples of normozoospermia and other 30 samples of astenozoospermia. After rinsing with Hank' BSS, all samples were divided into two groups.
