Pathophisiology and clinical implication of oxidative stress in relation with male infertility have been discussed. It could be concluded that in the human body there was a continous production of free radicals, which were controlled tightly by antioxidants. Spermatozoa and polimorphonuclear (pmn) cells were the main factors that produce free redicals in human semen.
