Abstract
The title of this thesis is The Influence of Working Motivation, Training, Discipline, and Supervision toward employee Productivity in PT. FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Working Motivation, Training, Discipline, and Supervision to control the motion employee’s Productivity in company. The tested hypothesis is the influence of the factors together as a group toward the employee’s productivity, besides, it is also studied the influence of each policy toward the employee’s productivity, which variable mostly affect and influence the employee’s productivity. The multiple regressions is used to analyze the test. This research using primary data of 100 respondents which selected randomly and structured with limited level of organization. Level organization allowed is operator with more than five year assignment (fix employee). The SPSS is used to process the data. The F-test showed that Working Motivation, Training, Discipline, and Supervision, together really influenced the employee Productivity that showed with F value = 28.257 and significant 0.000 under 0,01. The other factor is training were not affecting the employee’s productivity. According to this research result, we concluded that not all factor does not affected the employee’s productivity in partially, but all factor together significantly influences the employee’s productivity. Therefore, the writer advised to the management give more attention all the factor so that the employee’s working performance could be improved, so that the all employees and the whole organization could have the benefit of this.
