PT Intergastra Nusantara ia a distributor of health equipment company representing world’s leading brand : Laerdal, Getinge, , Electrolux, Silko, Wipak, Browne, Washex, dan Kupperbusch. The purpose of this research is to analyse practical competitive strategy of PT Intergastra Nusantara in selling their products and how is the way to increase the sales and sustain their position as a market leader. The activities of this research include : data collection activity with literature and field study with observation and interview: data analysis in the framework of strategic management in qualitative: external and internal environment analysis, SWOT analysis, and grand strategy analysis selection. The conclusion of this research is that PT Intergastra Nusantara is a market leader in health distributor company. The company is facing competition from other company affiliated with foreign company. Health equipment business in education is an attracting and promising business. |
