Teacher code of ethics is a moral foundation and guidance for teachers in carrying out their teaching duties. This research aims at investigating the correlation between an understanding of teacher code of ethic and teacher working satisfaction. Subjects were 37 elementary BHK Kota Wisata teachers. The instruments used were assessment scale and an essay test. Result show that there was a significant correlation between an understanding of teacher code of ethic and teacher working satisfaction.
