Isi artikelThe "5E" model is one of science learning models. It consists of five phases: engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation. This learning model is a manifestation of constructivism philosophy on learning. With this five phases, students are expected to have basic competence in understanding science, processes and procedures of science, as well as in having an integrative scientific attitude.
