Dispute settlement on copyrigth of songs or music are widely carried out of court. The parties in dispute, such as composer, singer or producer of music, do not expect that the dispute occured amongst them be brought to the police or not to the court. They ae doing their efforts t as much as possible avoid any dispute being settled that way. They endeavor avoiding the cost, energy and time consuming as well as excessively long and trivial judiciary bureaucracy. This attitude relates to the attitude and behaviour called legal culture.
