In the paper, the research is made for the real applicable technology of neural network. Because the neural network needs to be trained and learned, fixed parameters are used by controller during learning. After training, the PID parameters are adjusted to real time by the neural network. The controller in question is used successfully to the oil-water separation device. The system’s overshoot is reduced, accuracy and robustness are improved. The application provides the experience for the neural network on the production processing in industrial applications.
