Mortality and morbidity are health status indicators. Mortality rate has high corelation with morbidity status. Trend of cause of death is needed to evaluate the health program. This study aims to analyze the trend of cause of death of infant and children during 1992-2001 by resident and region characteristic. The descriptive analysis include data Household Health Survey (HHS) 1992, 1995 and 2001. The cases are mortality cases of infant (<1 year old) and childhood (1-4 years old).
