Trafficking in persons is one of the forms of exploitation by the human. Trafficking in persons is a crime against human rights. the substantial victims in these crimes among others are female and children as caused by the unsteady economic, physique and family relations. Nevertheless, Indonesia has drawn up a certain rules and regulations to prevent and to combat the trafficking in persons but the result is not smooth as expected. Consequently, the plan is who commit the crimes remain out of the reach of law. One of the reasons is because not handling comprehensively but only actually has to be noticed in three factors namely in the human side, the trafficking in persons side and the consumer side.
